A qualified, honest staff member that is trained and specializes in home watch services will complete the home inspection. Our staff members undergo a referral, credit and criminal background check and are randomly drug tested to ensure the safety and security of your home.

AG Homes & Property Management services Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Carefree, Rio Verde and Fountain Hills areas.  If you need services in other areas, we may be able to provide you with a reliable referral.

No, we don’t have a contract. It is a service agreement and can be terminated at any time, with 30 day notice. 

Yes.  We are licensed, bonded and insured.  Your safety, security and property well being are of highest importance to us.

Of course!  If we find anything that needs immediate attention we will call, email, text or contact you in any way possible.

No, however, AG Homes does provide a house sitting service except we call it a home watch service. We do not provide a “live-in” service.

No, with the exception of fish, we do not provide pet services.

Yes, watering plants is offered in Phoenix Home Watch Concierge Service (indoor plants only).

Yes, we offer month-to-month house watch service agreements and significant discounts for 6-month agreements for out-of-state investors. Out-of-state investors also utilize our Concierge Service for overseeing their landscapers or other service providers.

Yes, for free of charge we will refer companies to you for hire directly. AG Homes does not contract directly with any service contractor.
